I must say I enjoyed it a lot. As always, your film analysis helped me a great deal in dissecting the film layer by layer. It is by far the best French New Wave film that I have watched till date (I am yet to watch The Story of Adele H). After watching this film, I also watched Godard's Alphaville which despite its bizarre elements came across as a very interesting work of cinema. I also watched Alain Resnais' Last Year at Marienbad, which left me completely high and dry.

Sir, are there any good French New Wave films like "Shoot the Piano Player" that I may look out for?Murtaza Ali Khanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09747183316188241022noreply@blogger.com
